I have 40 years experience with power boats up to 120 feet, inshore and offshore. Whether
it be a 100 mile trip down the Hudson, or a 1500 mile trip from maine to florida, your
vessel will have the utmost care the entire journey.

Erie and Oswego Canal chains, Hudson River,
Intercoastal Waterway from maine to Florida, and
the Atlantic ocean as far south as Nassau.

To begin, we will discuss in detail your boat and the proposed trip. If feasible, after
our discussion of your boat, if there appears a need, I will run a pre-delivery check
ahead of the departure date, and/or attain as much information on mechanical
condition from recent surveys and maintenance reports, to assess any repairs that
should be addressed before departure. This will help to insure that the delivery of
your vessel will be as timely and uneventful as possible.
You will have a written estimate of delivery fees based on your given boat, and my
best calculations of cruising speed.
During the delivery, I will keep you apprised of the progress, and upon arrival you
will be presented with a financial record of expenses incurred, as well as a
mechanical and engine report. Anything found amiss during the trip will be logged
for your future reference. Your vessel will be cleaned upon arrival.
I will be available to you for consult at any time in the future, as I will know your
boat well by the end of the delivery.

How the boat delivery works
Once we receive your delivery request, we will estimate how long the delivery will
take, based on the vessel type, powerplants, and distance to be travelled. We will then
get back to you with a final estimate.
We require 50% deposit of the total estimated cost of the delivery, and the balance to
be paid before departure, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

We make every effort to pick the best weather window , so as not to
have your boat laid in port, therefore delaying the destination time,
and causing further expense. If this should happen, that is why there
is reduced fee per day for the captain while the vessel is at rest.

problems that may arise during transport, thus hopefully
omitting any layovers or delays in transit, saving the owner
expense, and completing the delivery in a timely manner.
